Markim Services - Waste Removal

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the rental of any and all containers from Markim Services, Inc.
•	12 Ton (24,000 lb.) Maximum Dumpster Payload on 20, 30, and 40 Cubic Yard Containers (Unless Otherwise Agreed to in Advance)
•	5 Ton (10,000 lb.) Maximum Dumpster Payload on 12 Cubic Yard Containers
•	Customer accepts responsibility for unloading overloaded containers.
•	Customer accepts responsibility for any damage to container while on the job site.
•	Customer agrees to pay any overweight fines for overloaded containers.
•	Containers cannot be loaded above the top rail or have debris projecting above the top or extending out from the sides.
•	Containers cannot be loaded with any type of hazardous materials, batteries, or white goods (upholstered furniture - unless otherwise agreed to in advance).

* A false trip charge (dry run) will be assessed if we arrive to pick up a container and are unable to do so because of excessive weight, debris extruding above the top rail, container blocked by vehicles, or any other reason beyond our control.

* Markim Services, Inc. will not be responsible for any property damage caused by the pickup or delivery of containers (Damage to concrete drives or walks, asphalt, lawns, trees, landscaping, etc.).
